Wanted to use a coupon for discount on brake fluid change. After I got home, I realized the book which came with the car had coupons. I sent Carlos an email regarding this, but haven’t heard back from him yet. Hoping that this can get resolved. I enjoyed watching the video on service performed and didn’t realize it is done this way instead of paperwork showing services performed. The service was done in the expected amount of time.
