Received text that vehicle was complete. Sent text back that I would need ride to pick up vehicle which I was told I could do. No response and had to call back twice just to find out my representative was out that day. Guess no one else could help. When they finally sent a ride to pick me up and bring me to dealership, no apology for mix up. In fact the representative that was there did not even know who I was even though I dropped the vehicle off the day before and he helped me first. Technicians do great work though.

Overall, customer service was wonderful. Michael was very friendly and knowledgeable. The technician’s inspection video was very impressive. My only negative was the miscommunication as to time to complete repairs. When dropped off Wednesday, was told would be ready for pick up next day, Thursday was told next day, Friday was told next day, Saturday was told Monday & it was finally ready for Monday. I would’ve rather heard “It could take up to a week to complete” from the start, then would’ve been pleasantly surprised that it was done a couple days early. But overall a good experience. Was very pleased with in stock parts & how quickly I was able to get in to have vehicle diagnosed & subsequently repaired.
My light is Out again 3 hrs Friday $150 dollars and the light out again 1 day later See you Monday!!!
