I had tires replaced, balanced and 4 different visits to be told that the problem with the car shaking was due to me purchasing “cheap” tires. I was told there was nothing else to do until the senior mechanic was involved and confirmed that both of the front wheels were bent. I’ve replaced the rims since at a different location. I’ve been a VW loyal customer for a long time, Brandon VW has lost me as a customer.
