Sydney has been by far the best service advisor I have ever been paired with in the last 6 years. She listens, she explains, and she keeps in contact with me. Most of all, great customer service begins with being personable and she is great at it. I’m always satisfied with the customer service she provides. Kudos to you Sydney! Thanks ever so much!
CK was absolutely wonderful from day one. He was able to put me in a loaner vehicle while my car was being worked on, constant communication, and one of the best people at his job and customer service.
I will be back in the future.
I was not informed when I brought my car in for the recall,the paperwork for the recall said 11 hours plus evaluation and setup . It has taken 10 days. I was not given an electric car as a loaner. The car I was given was fine but no information about the car . The car only had about 3 gallons of gas.100 miles. I bought an electric so I wouldn’t have to buy gas. It’s not my fault the car had to be recalled. I like my car. The young man at the gas station found the latch and pumped $7.00 in gas for me. There should have been at least a half a tank of gas to start with.

The recent Service performed on our VW Atlas was excellent. CK at the Brandon Service Department know how to Manage a Service Team! He sets an outstanding example for his Team! The entire experience was thorough, efficient and very cost effective. Chirag, the repair technician completed the service very promptly and perfectly. Jonathan, at the Service Counter also, very patiently, answered a number of my questions resolving my concern regarding future maintenance and unfamiliar technology issues.
In addition, Kelly, a Title Clerk with Brandon Volkswagen, was very helpful correcting an ADA error with the DMV. It was all resolved to our satisfaction and we very much appreciate her diligence.
The entire team at Brandon VW has exceeded expectations and my husband and I will happily refer family and friends to this dealership.
