The service persay is not an issue. They fact that my 11 month old car has been in twice for brakes and needs new pads/rotors and thay is not covered by any warranty. You cannot tell me it's normal wear and tear. Since i have had several issue in the first several month of owning this car i plan on getting rid of it and going with another dealership.
Seth helped us immensely! He worked to get us in and out and was helpful in explaining the process to us. He also was knowledgeable and helpful with all thr questions we had.
