1. It shouldn't take 3 1/2 hours to replace one tire. Especially when I tried to call ahead of time and order the tire on the phone. The policy that you have to wait until the car is there and then take an hour to look at it before you can even order the tire is absurd.
2. I told the dealership at check in that the check engine light was on but they did nothing to troubleshoot during the 3 1/2 hours they had the car. So now I have to come back to the dealership and probably waste 3 more hours of my time.

Sydney Watson is one of the best service coordinators we have ever had. She ensured all our concerns had been addressed with are car and even reminded me I was covered under waanty for my tire issue. Honesty goes a long way and I love to not have to worry about being taken advantage of when dealing with our car concerns. Sydney was also very knowledgeable about our car and provided us with great service and maintenance plan moving forward that's very economical especially in the times we live in today. Being retired military I would recommend her to all service members with a VW in the area.
