Brandon VW service puts zero value in the customer’s time. I’m looking for a dealer who will service my car and sell me the next one in 2024. I’m highly disappointed in the poor customer experience from Brandon VW, specifically from Sydney and Jonathan.
The whole experience went just fine! The wait was reasonable, considering the work that they were doing, and Sydney is very friendly and pleasant.
