The whole service team is amazing
Johnathon was fine with the checkin process but when he advised me that it would cost over $500 plus for a new battery I said no way. He helped me with a jump and I left. I went to another dealer and had a new battery installed for under 200.00. Theres definitely something wrong with brandon VW's pricing.
