Service was great. However, I mentioned my squeaky brakes and was told they were fine but the sound is getting louder. I’ll probably have to take my vehicle somewhere else to get checked.

I had to go to Volkswagen of Brandon 4 times to fix a problem which their service department is responsible for (putting the wrong sized tires on my vehicle). I requested to speak to the General Manager (as I have done before) and as before, no reply or outreach from him. Shame

Price was too expensive, but I guess that is to be expected from a dealership. Service itself was great, just the price
The service was time consuming. Was told after I approved the services I wanted that it would take 45-60 mins but it took two hours. I also wish I got a better understanding of the services “recommended” without a rushed explanation and being told “if it was my car, I would do xyz”. The chairs in the waiting area are also incredibly uncomfortable.
