Sydney provided excellent customer service and made check-in easy. She is the best.
The maintenance representative told me that I may have to leave my car at the dealership over the weekend because they may not be able to complete the inspection/recall. He did not know how long it would take to complete the recall and he did not know if the dealership had required parts to complete it (even though he scheduled this appointment for the specific recall). He was blaming other dealership for not completing this inspection and was not very happy when I declined recommended 40K maintenance inspection. He wasn’t respectful of my time and when asked to speak with his manager he told me that it was not possible. He also declined to help me with submitting a recommendation on how to improve scheduling of appointments like recall to ensure the availability of certain parts and services. Finally, when asked to provide a rental car in case my vehicle had to stay at the dealership over the weekend, he replied that it was not possible in case of recalls. I will not be returning to this dealership again. The recall in question was completed after 2 hours and it did not require any repairs or parts, only inspection according to the dealership.

The price seems extremely high. I took your estimate and priced out the parts, and the parts alone was less than what you are willing to charge just for the parts. I’d rather tow it home and let it sit.
