The service was good, Jonathan is a good advisor, I just think $ 115.00 is to high cost for a oil change.
Service advisor wasn’t very help full, I scheduled an appointment do you have a recall issue fixed and the paper said should take approximately three hours I dropped it off Friday night for them to service it all day Saturday and they told me Saturday afternoon that they would have to keep the car until at least Monday morning to finish the job so I voiced my concerns with not having a vehicle to take my kids to school and he said they did not have any loaner vehicles so that I can take my kids to school. car wasn’t finished until about 3 PM Monday afternoon, it was such an inconvenienced for me. I then was working in the area and decided to stop by the dealership to at least pick up the keys so that if I didn’t make it back in time before they closed then I could at least get my car back and he would not let me have my keys until I was able to take the car off the parking lot, even though I’ve had my vehicle service with them for multiple issues and every time it’s never been a problem for me to leave my vehicle there while I took the keys until I could make arrangements to have somebody come with me to pick it up. I just felt like another number and not an actual customer. I also have a bumper-to-bumper warranty, and they tried to charge me a diagnostic fee to see if it was covered under the warranty, when I brought the car in about a year year and a half ago for a different rattling noise they were more than eager to take a look at it at no charge and they told me that they couldn’t find any issues. I don’t know what the difference between that time and this time is.

We brought our car in without notice at the end of the day, having picked up a nail on one of the tires. We received immediate attention from Michael Cruz... he evaluated the situation, determined a new tire needed to be ordered and had us on our way in a loaner car in good time. We picked up the car next day, as promised. Great service, as usual from Michael.
