Unfortunately tech was not able to duplicate issue. However did recommend transmission service which is what we originally came but we were told was not needed.

Everything was fine except it was freezing inside. All the staff were wearing jackets and two other customers who were waiting for repairs, in addition to
myself, wound up walking around the parking lot in the sun! If you’re not going to change your AC settings, create a space outside where customers can sit comfortably in the sun. I am 60 and wound up sitting on a curb, only to get bitten by some ants! Not fun.
