I went for a recall on my 2016 VW golf sportwagon. I ask Johnny Giovanetti to also check my Bluetooth because is not pairing. When I went to pick up my car I asked him if they were able to check my Bluetooth and he answered that he was able to connect to my Bluetooth that is probably my phone. The thing is I don't have the Bluetooth option in the car, he completely lied to me, besides that everything else when well.

I dropped my car off at 11am and was told everything would be taken care of. I had not heard anything from John or another service employee all day so I called around 2pm to check in, and was told they were closed. Additionally, after paying and receiving my keys from the sales department, I got into my car and the headlight still did not work.
He returned my text messages.
Excellent service all around. Carlos was very helpful and delivered with exceptional customer service. All in all it was a great customer experience. Keep up the great work!
The staff did not wear masks inside the building. Regardless of their personal views on the issue, their job is to serve the public, as such, the mask policy should be followed. If they cut corners on such a simple thing like wearing a mask, why would I think the service technicians would not also cut corners?

I broughtmy car in last Tues and spent 1300, and literally a week later the problem is worse than before. I brought it in for it stalling during a cold start and it had severalmisfires, and now today it has randomlystalled 6 times and once while I was in the middle of driving through an intersection after picking up my son from vpk.
The service with Carlos went well but it was too expensive compared to the average cost of the same service on Google estimates.

I loved the new experience of the service department and how thorough it is and up to date with technology in all ways to make things so much swifter. Love it!
