The only thing I'm disappointed in is that you no longer accept the VW service credit card everything else was fine That's the only thing that I was upset by was that you no longer take that payment and I understand it's under new ownership. But that made it very inconvenient especially when I was anticipating using that card to pay for the servicing.

I think that in general they should be more kind to customers, it is a shame with the wolksvagen's history has people like that, only thinks about selling and once they do it is no longer the same customer treatment, I am very disappointed with the treatment received, the day of the purchase very friendly the next day many of them did not even know me, the service's boss did not look me in the eyes while he spoke to me, I really hope they change they actitud the next time I visit Brandon's Wolksvagen. Creo que en general deberían ser más amables con los clientes, es una pena con la historia de wolksvagen que tenga gente así, solo piensa en vender y una vez que lo hacen ya no es el mismo trato al cliente, estoy muy decepcionado con el trato recibido, el día de la compra muy amigable al día siguiente muchos de ellos ni siquiera me conocían, el jefe del servicio no me miró a los ojos mientras me hablaba, de verdad espero que cambien de actitud la próxima vez que visite a Brandon Wolksvagen.

I drove six miles down the road and noticed the check engine light was on. Not sure if it was ever turned off. Now I have to spend my Monday (holiday) at Brandon Vw after my car was at the shop for more than 4 days. Not acceptable.
