Everyone was courteous but I felt they did not listen to my voice regarding my vehicle needs. I came in for a oil change at 10k miles. Because a VW is a new make for me, I came in prior last year to request a oil change. I was told to wait until 10k. When I came in for the 10k oil change, because records “said”I was there previously; though I stated no oil change was performed I was convinced to just get a tire rotation. Now less than 2 weeks later my “CHECK OIL WARNING ?? “ light came on late last night while driving home...making me feel unsafe and dampening my Birthday night. Brian did not refute me getting the oil change a couple weeks ago;it was another person. Now I’m worried driving the car. Ughh!!!!

Service Coordinator texted me a link to a report, mistakenly thought he called me and made service recommendations by phone (when he hadn’t). Every time I called to reach service no one would pick up on the first attempt; instead I’d have to call back a second time and then receptionist would have to patch me through to my service coordinator; this happened 3 times (so a total of 6 calls to get the receptionist). Because service coordinator failed to call earlier and sent a text instead, he was unable to arrange an Uber to bring me back before closing, resulting in hardship and inconvenience on my family the following morning (so that my husband and I could take time from work to drive there. On the way there at 7:45am, the receptionist took a message for a different service coordinator to call me back to address service concerns (Brian Vega), who never did and, upon our arrival at ~8:30am acted as though he’d never received the message. He was also unable to correctly relay what service steps had been performed and finally had to walk us out to the mechanic who was able to correctly and directly answer out Qs (whose answers were different than what either coord had stated). In all, I was charged $170 to have a code scanned on my car, which confirmed what I already told them was wrong with the car. Additionally, signs are posted everywhere that everyone must wear masks inside and 50-75% of the employees I witnessed did not wear masks. This is by far the most abysmal service I’ve experienced in years of frequenting this facility, only surpassed by terrible service I experienced by the Kuhn Kennedy location 15 years ago.

The service was too expensive for what was supposed to be done. The tech checked my mileage and wasn’t even sure how to see the mileage. They said the reason the price was so high was because my vehicle had never been serviced at this dealership before. I have all documentation from service at another dealership. This was the worst service I have ever had at a dealership. I’ll be taking my vehicle and money to another dealership that is much less convenient next time.

Get rid of the appraisal guy talking to people while waiting in the customer lounge. If I want an appraisal I know where to go. No need to annoy the customers. And turn down the music which was so loud at times you could hardly hear the TV in the lounge. You can certainly tell the dealership is under new management. Carlos Melendez on the other hand was extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with.
