Refused to repair my vehicle under recall. Received my car back with a broken gas cap lid. I will never be back and never recommend this place to a friend. I had my intake replaced under warranty a few months ago and when I got in the car the low coolant light was flashing, and car was leaking coolant until the timing chain blew shortly after. The car also developed a misfire on startup after they replaced my intake. I will never step foot at this dealership again .

Why did you send my wife home with a vehicle that has a steering knuckle that could fracture and cause loss of control. Why was she not given a safe vehicle to use until her car is repaired.
Communication was poor - I had to reach out every time to get an update. After a week of having the car, a headlight had to be ordered? Surely I don’t have the details, but that is what it seemed like to me.

Service took far too long for what was requested, service rep was unhelpful and rude once I declined them charging me $75 to investigate an oil leak.
Super fast service and good communication all the way
I was without my vehicle for 7 weeks!! During that time I did mot receive many updates. I would go weeks without a status update. When I picked up my vehicle, the interior had not been cleaned. Black smudges all over the light tan interior (I assume from the technician’s shoes). Also the floor mats needed a good vaccuum. I keep my car very clean. It’s upsetting to receive it in the state the i did. I find it a bit disrespectful and thoughtless.
