Carlos did a fantastic job my only complaint is I work nights and having to set a 10:30 in the morning appointment and getting three hours sleep before coming in is very brutal I wish you guys would go back to taking appointments at least up until 1 PM for the people who work nights but other than that Carlos was fantastic I hope you plan on keeping this guy.
Response time was poor. Agent was almost arrogant while talking to me. Did not make an effort to help me as I had to ask for options to decide what to do to repair my vehicle. I will not go back to this dealership.
Scott did an amazing job communicating with me. Brian was sweet as always. I was very satisfied with both of them.

I had a wonderful experience getting my vehicle serviced at Brandon Volkswagon. The wait was a lot shorter than expected, everyone was professional and friendly, and Brian was very helpful and communicative. Everything was done that needed to be, and I was well taken care of. My car was washed and looked better than when I brought it in!
The service I was provided at Volkswagen via Brian Vega was nothing short of supreme. He was very accommodating (as I am 8 months pregnant and can barely move), he offered to Uber me home to wait comfortably and allowed for the servicing of my car and the take-home of a loaner car to happen seamlessly and without delay.
