In my concern about getting my tire replaced, I neglected to mention that a warning light started going off this past week and an indicator to add coolant keeps flashing. After owning three Toyotas, I got used to the service department doing a multi-point inspection which included making sure there was no warning lights and topping off fluids.
I will top off the coolant and hope the light goes off but I find it odd that it even needs it when I have only owned the car for ten months.
Brian, Had been great! He’s been taking care of me and my VW since I bought my car. He is always friendly and has a great demeanor. He goes the extra mile to take care of me. He is one of the main reasons I keep coming to Brandon VW for service.
O sat in the lobby for a few hours while the car was serviced. When it was time to leave, it was an easy checkout, the video telling me what I needed to do regarding tires was all very good.
I was told the car would be lightly washed and the front drivers area would be vacuumed. When I asked about this, the man shrugged. He also went and got my car for me, no mask. You have mask signs on your dealership that we have to wear a mask. No problem! But your service manager and your outside staff didn’t.
Scheduled the appointment for 8 am and dropped off the car at 7:30 am. Did not hear from the service department, aside from the initial check in texts all day. Texted once for a update around 3 pm. No response. Called around 4:30 pm and was told that the rep was busy and would call back. Never got a call back. Called a second time around 5:15. Was told the car was ready but had to pick up by 6 pm. I was lucky to find a ride to get there in time before the service department closed. I am very disappointed in the lack of communication and the amount of time required to replace a wheel sensor, specially when an appointment was made in advance.
Brian was upfront and communicated perfectly. There ended up being no issue with the battery but I felt like he and the technician were thorough in making sure.

No I was not satisfied with your service I made my appointment over a week ago you didn't even have the part that just an oil filter change my oil I spent two and a half hours or 3 hours waiting on an oil change I'm not for now and take my business somewhere else

It was my first visit to your dealership, just got out 2018 Atlas R series few weeks ago from Virginia.
Appointment was 8am and your people were not ready. Took over an hour and 37 minutes for an oil change. It was a little disorganized.
They performed a very complicated repair in a very professional manner.
