Michael was a huge help! He not only made sure that my AC was fixed this time but also went above & beyond to make sure that the dents were fixed as well. This was promised to me at the time of purchasing the vehicle but has been a bit of a challenge getting it done. Michael jumped in and made sure that it was finally done and the car looks great!!

CARLOS IS the only one l like to deal with, he knows how to treat people and he knows his job very well. Also Brian that worked on my car is the best mechanic you have borrow none. Very pleased with the two persons. The service manager was great in helping me cause I have bad anxiety. Thank you very much.

I was left stranded off I75 because Uber system was down l was told? Also they were given incorrect pickup address. No offer to be picked up alternative way. Had to have my 94 yr old Dad drive me to your location. You should have compensated me in some form for the issue your fault or not. Personally l would have sent someone to get me. That’s called extraordinarily customer service above and beyond. Thank you

I reported my front breaks has the issue that were grinding really bad and squeaking it took over a week to get my car back and I even was late to work one day because I was told my car was ready when it wasn’t. No one upfront wanted to help me and made me wait on brain to get to work. Not sure if he was running late that day only to be told car wasn’t ready when I got a text from him the day before that it was. This car has given me nothing but issues since I go it. Some of it is the car some of it is the **** tires put on the car that are never in stock. I always have to wait. I’ve even put a few on myself so I didn’t have to leave the car there. This has been the worst experience with a car I’ve ever had and every time with service. I don’t know wha to do at this point my front breaks are grinding so loud and sqeaking now only to find out the back break pads were changed only. I have been paying on this car for almost 2 years and I pay the extra money each month for a warranty... and I don’t know why they changed out something that obviously was not as bad as the front ones when I reported that when I called in for service. I need to talk to a manger because I’m sure now the front breaks and possible rooters need to be replaced. This is so embarrassing pulling up to one of my customers from my job and having to hear this. My work requires me to be out a lot to go quote jobs. This is not OK! Please call me ASAP! ****-****-xxxx

parts not available for car. Waited over a month and still no part. A On / Off button for a car shouldn’t be a problem and readily available. Hopefully this part arrives some day and can get this fixed. Like the car but not likely to buy another if parts aren’t available. I’ll look forward to a call saying part has arrived so car can be used reliably. Thanks Mark.
