We were very happy with Katarinas service.
Although the service rep was very nice. The fact that my 2022 Jetta with less than 26,000 miles needs brand new back brakes and you were trying to charge me $800 is insane. I will never buy another Volkswagen ever. But the gentleman that helped me was very nice.

I was first in line this morning and assigned to Sydney and she was late. While I was waiting, 4 other people were taken care of when the service guy took care of me until she showed up. Have the service manager call me. Also double charged for an update than what I was told before by Mike and Katarinna. Case #06259879 have the service manager call me.

Blind Spot Monitor is no longer available on my Taos. I have googled a lot and found out other owners have experienced the same problem. If I had it on my vehicle for 10 months how can they say I never had it? I am so frustrated over this. I’m not crazy, I had BSM on my cars rear view mirror. Did it fall off my car while driving? No one can seem to answer any of my questions. They just look at me lik I’ve lost my mind.
The service consultant, Rolando Malave gave me the worst service experience today. He was not ready for the scheduled service at 8 am. He kept blaming the computer network but did not care about customers at all. I was standing in front and completely ignored. His attitude was consistently rude until the final documentation. He did not say a single word to me today. Horrible.
Instead, Ms Katrinna Kuanoni found me standing ignored for a long time. She volunteered to help me check-in. She check the schedule and service items. Later, she came to my table and kindly explained the service status and further options. The entire service was smooth and heart-warming. Your company needs more Katrinna for better customer satisfaction and future business.
