The gentleman that actually called me and told me that my car exceeded the expense benchmark for repairs due to the years of the car the mileage of the car that it would not be prudent to continue with the repairs nor initiate the repairs - that was outstanding and very virtuous- thank you. also what I appreciate, was that I was not pressured to buy another vehicle and that they respectfully re- assembled my car and allow me to drive it back home .and chargedme only the minimum for the diagnostics.

My only feedback would be that you need more employees that can drive manual cars.

My advisor was very kind. I was not pleased with items left on my vehicles dash that I feel was not put back on when brought to 3 people’s attention. My car went back for less than 3 min to have the situation was brought to their attention. I don’t see it get put back on.
