Staff was not accommodating to my situation. Service manager was extremely rude. I made an appointment for a tire change and a 10k service days in advance. Was not told that my tire was not in stock when my car was dropped off. Did not have a car to drive from Saturday until Tuesday. I allegedly did not qualify for a loaner because I am under 25 which does not make sense considering I could hypothetically go to any car rental and be able to rent a car while still being under 25. They would not compensate me for having to rent a car due to the fact that the dealership was incompetent and at fault for the situation and refused to grant me a loaner for the endless inconveniences… service manager stated “this is not a dealership problem.” It most definitely is. I will not bring my business back here.

Took to long to initially be checked in. I made an appointment with a female. When I arrived there was a female and a male available, and the female greeted me and told me that the other male who was busy would be seeing me. Good service would be to say your appt is with him but he’s finishing up with his prior customer so I will go ahead and assist you signing in and he will follow up with you when he becomes available. There were 3 people, 2 of which were available yet didn’t bother to help. I stood at the counter in front of him so long that I was able to log into my work computer (which takes at least 5 minutes) and answer a few emails before he was finally available. He helps me and tells me it would be 2 hours. It was a little over two hours total and I was just getting an oil change and tire rotation. However, 1 hour in I get the suggested service for my car texted to me, which was suggesting to replace my wipers. I literally put brand new wipers days prior why would I need to spend $80 to replace my brand new wipers?!!? Why even suggest a service if there is nothing wrong instead of make things up. I declined this suggested service yet it took another hour for my vehicle to be done.

I appreciate the estimate that I received prior to my service. It was time for my 80K mile service. The one thing that would have been appreciated was a time estimate for service. The service ended up taking 4+ hours. I would have brought the car in earlier in the day. The other helpful thing would be fordealerships all over the US to be able to talk to each other to ensure that work is not being duplicated.

I was a little disappointed with my service advisor "Michael Cruz". I advised him I found a 10% off coupon & he literally ignored me & told me my bill is what it is. I do not believe the tech even test drove the car at all and as a matter of fact I know he didn't, my car seem to still had issues when I first left there, my ex is a certified mechanic- I should have taken the car to him first. Soon as I'm able I will be getting rid of my car and will not be dealing with Volkswagen, it only takes one person to spoil it for others. Since I purchased the vehicle you have one service advisor who goes over and beyond to assist customers and his name is "Johnathan " very professional and polite. He is the only one there I want to deal with from thus point on. Maybe Michael was having a bad moment, after all it was very busy, but that is no excuse.

Walked in at like 2:15 for a 2:30 oil change. Only an oil change. Walked out at 5…I heard one or two guys say they were short staffed or didn’t have a lot of people in the service department working today. I just didn’t account for being there that long for a simple oil change.
