I understand everyone has a bad day... my frustration is that I had patients to see all day. I rescheduled two patients so that Uber could get me so I could pick up my car prior to your closing time as I had pts until 6pm. Uber literally was called 6 times before realizing it was entered incorrectly thus wasting up 40 minutes which then had me late for my patient. It was just really frustrating as it caused my patient to be angry and not wanting treatment costing me a loss of $800 from the patient.

Routine maintenance was scheduled to take 1hour to a hour and a half. Ended up waiting over 2 hours for the vehicle with no notification Brian left and vehicle was completed
Brian was the best service guy we have ever dealt with since I have had my car. Gives me hope for the future dealing with the service department, some of the others should take some pointers from Brian on how to deal with customers. Hope to deal with Brian everytime I come in. Awesome job Brian!
