Just moved 15mins from your area and looked for a new Vw dealership to have it serviced. But The fact that your service provider felt comfortable enough to allow cruse words come out of his mouth while customers are in there is vile, very inappropriate and very unprofessional. I have to deal with that non sense on the outside from almost everyone else but when I walk into any business I expect the utmost professionalism and a break from the outside world. So again it was upsetting to hear my service provider curse after getting upset over something he messed up on, but if he what's to use vile language like cursing, he can keep it at home. So therefore I do not think I can return to your location because of this. Other wise as always your location and mechanics took well care of my vehicle and I have never be displeased with maintenance from other Vw.
