Honestly at this point we are regretting purchasing our VW. After having the car for about 10 days our family headed over to St. Augustine for a vacation. While there our check engine light came on. We called the local VW and were able to get in the next day. Once there we were informed it was a sensor issue but they were unable to get the part in before we left. They informed us it was safe to drive and we should get in to see our local VW. We called and scheduled an check engine light appointment on the Tuesday of our arrival. When we brought in the car we were told that they don’t do check engine light appointments in the afternoon and that we would have to bring it in on Thursday morning (today). When there on Tuesday we explained the story above stating what the St. Augustine VW told us which we also did when we called to schedule that appointment. We get there today for the now second appointment and were told a couple of hours of wait. Thankfully you all were able to Uber my wife home. After almost 5 hours she called to check on vehicle. When she called the guy we were dealing with was at lunch. He returned her call promptly and informed her car was ready. When we got up there to pick up the car we were told that we have to wait on a part and return for now a 3rd appointment. Your employees are kind and professional but we feel that 1. We shouldn’t have been turned away from our first 2:00pm appointment as we told what was going to the person who scheduled us. Why schedule a check engine light appointment in the afternoon if you don’t do those appointments in the afternoon. 2. Once we said what the problem was why was the part not ordered and then have us come in? After falling in love with the BRAND NEW car we are left frustrated by the disorganization of the service department. Again we would like to stress the kindness and professionalism that has been shown to us. We just feel that more organization and communication within the staff and schedulers would be beneficial. This was the first time I have been in this service department and actually felt like I was well taken care of. Seth was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped to his fullest extent of his abilities. Every time I have been there I have always had so many customer service issues. I do like my car I’ve just had so many mechanical issues with it. And the last time I left, they let me drive off with no front break pads and i was told over the phone it was ok because they said it was the back rear pads I was hearing grinding. I went over a week driving and finally returned after speaking to a manager, and was told by a lead tech they can’t believe they let me leave in the car with no break pads and I wore down my rotors and my breaks would have gone out at any min. And crazy part is I called in for front break squeaking! I was so upset! The manager covered the repairs but not one apology from him or ANYONE! Just oops my bad kind of thing. But this experience was way more pleasant. Thanks Seth.
The staff was friendly and welcoming. In the future I will schedule the service appointment for 8am,the dealer open at 7:30.

Your service department is unsatisfactory. Lack of direct communication. Auto texts are not acceptable as they have provided unreliable information which has caused several scheduled service appointments to be unnecessary and causing loss of time and wages.
He was one of the best service advisors I have had to deal with... I would definitely recommend VW due to his professional knowledge and customer service.
Carlos was professional and kept in contact with me concerning maintenance on my vehicle and repairs that were needed.
Probably one of the best experiences I’ve ever had brining my car in for an oil change! Carlos kept in great communication with me throughout the entire process. He made certain all of my questions and concerns were addressed.
