Michael is probably one of the best service advisors I've dealt with in the time I've owned vw vrhicles. Very personable, informative & looking out for customer.

Was told that all fluids would be topped off, including engine oil, which I confirmed 3 times. On the drive home after picking up the vehicle, the check engine level light came on. Also, I overheard 2 other guests be offered a complementary car wash, which I was never offered, and the vehicle was not washed. Furthermore, because I purchased 4 new tires, the weights had to be removed upon re-balancing, and the adhesive was not completely removed making the wheels look extra dirty, especially on top of the handprints from where the wheels were handled. Overall pretty dissatisfied especially since this vehicle was purchased there, brand new, and has had all services completed at the same location.

I am confused why I had to wait to have my vehicle scanned when I had an appointment and when I made the appointment I said it was for the check engine light. I understand waiting for the repair but if I had an appointment why did I have to wait 2 hours for the diagnostic?
