My service experience was very good. excellent
response from the service advisor/team.
My vehicle had paint damage to the passenger rear door. I brought it to the attention of the service advisor and he had us take the car around back to detailing. The detail crew cleaned the area of “paint transfer” but said he could not fix the chip in the door without paint. The service advisor said he would need to order the touch up paint and asked what we wanted to do. We were unsure if paint touch up by the detail team was the right way to go for a quality repair and told the service advisor we would come back because it was late in the day and we were apprehensive about an on the spot decision.
It really bothers me how I can drive my car to a reputable establishment to be serviced and expect to receive my car in the same condition as I left it when I drove it to the establishment, but yet I have driven the car leaving the establishment with way more issues than I was having when I left it. Lights that were not on when I drove the car the VW are now on things are leaking that were not leaking before. How can I drive the car there with no problem but you had to jump the car to get inside the bay?? I didn’t have to jump the car to bring it there I never ever had had any issue with any battery or hose leaking or all the issues you all claim to see. I asked for a check to see what the issue was and now there are more issues than I have ever had with the vehicle. You have made a situation way worse than it was. You made the car inoperable all just to try to sell a car.
