Scott was extremely helpful. He was able to get my car fixed quickly and saved me a lot of money in the process. I wish that all customer service workers were as kind, caring, and helpful as Scott. I will always service my vehicle at Brandon VW because of him.

Dayna didn’t help me. Two men did. Both were sweet! One was on hold both times I was there so the first man on the right when you walk in was so kind to help me and honor Kuhn’s tire rotation that was half the price your service center charged. Please make sure they receive the recognition for a job well done!

It was such a wonderful and breezy process. I arrived on my scheduled time and was checked in. I was informed of everything that would be happening with my vehicle and the estimated wait time. As always, customer service and kindness is always there. I am always happy to visit.

We have had several issues with getting our car fixed. We are still having problems, and Seth has been a big help coordinating appointments and keeping us updated. He’s explained what is happening with our car and we appreciate the work he’s continuing to do for us.

I brought my vehicle in for a reading on the computer. Instead I get a finding on s note. I was told the computer do not generate a read out report for customers. Then what did the $182 was for. Got a damn human to tell me.
If I wanted a human to tell me.I could have taken it to any Joe Blow on a corner. Instead I took it to a, I thought a major dealer. And get the same damn thing. He said need a new motor. The next day. A street mechanic got yhe car started. You need to fire the DAMN mechanic who worked on my vehicle.
I will never go back there again, our recommend anyone.
