Carlos was great, however, I was promised a car wash with my service and did not get it. While the car wash itself isn't a big deal, not fulfilling a promise does not help instill trust. I explicitly asked about the car wash when Carlos called to say my vehicle was ready & was assured it had been done. As a result of that untruth, I went home & checked my oil to ensure it had actually been changed bc I wasn't sure if I could trust their word. I do not expect anything in return, but as a customer who actually loves her Volkswagen, I was a little disappointed.

Michael Moore was incredible to work with. He was friendly, explained the process so I knew what to expect. He also made me feel comfortable by allowing me to ask questions. I would recommend Michael to friends and family. When I come back the VW dealership I would like to work with Michael again.
The day after I had my car serviced it started showing a “epc” error code. I called the dealership twice on 7/20/21 to speak to Carlos and he never called me back. I’m disappointed in the service for several other reasons as well.
