Carlos was great but my car is not so much. After I left my abs light and on my wheel censor came on and airbag error came on. Have to take back in Monday. Not happy after paying over $200 today

Very disappointed in the service from VW. Our car was in for service for a few different reasons which included the engine light being on as well as the EPC light going on and off(after being serviced the week before). Not only did they take four days to “supposedly” fix these issues but, not more than 5 hours after we pick our car up, the EPC and engine light is back on. We also had some issues with the wheel making a weird vibration when turning left that was supposedly looked at as well(why the car was in the shop for four days) that has not been fixed.
Carlos Melendez is the Epitome of what superior customer service stands for, he listens to your reason for being there and it really matters to him that your car is serviced to it best. I don’t know what I would do without him…Yes, I wouldn’t come back to Brandon VW ..Awesome is what Mr.Melendez is and how he represents your dealership…
