Better communication between the customer and service representative is needed. The service representative should always explain each step and what is expected and the outcome of the service being provided. Updates on the progress of the Repair should be given at least every 48 hours unless there is a delay in parts

It took quite a while to check in to check out it used to be quick and concerned about your time but they seem to prioritize things that they have to do first and then take care of the customer instead of the customer first I have always been very satisfied with your service department this time I would rate it probably at seven. Disrespectful to have your maintenance people walking around with their pants below their buttocks showing their underwear it is not very professional or very respectful to your customers
