I was very satisfied with my service from Seth.
My car was there twice for the same issue the last visit my car was there for 11 days and my problem is STILL is not fixed! My service advisor is now fired I also talked to another advisor also the service manager. I’m getting the run around!
I appreciate the hard work
My windshield was cracked while being serviced and the service person attempted to pass it off as something that happened prior to the car being serviced. Had to ask to see the service manager. Waiting to see if there is follow through in getting the windshield replaced.
Michael was so nice and helpful; as well as the gentleman sitting at the desk to the right side of him. Everyone at the dealership was very kind.
