Had an issue with car not handled properly during service appointment, resulting in a part in my car needing to be replaced and scratches on the interior of my Tiguan’s trunk. However, Michael was very nice and helpful during the process and I came back in and worked with Antoine the manager to resolve the issues. I am happy with the service and will be completely happy once I return to replace one of the parts and have it cleaned as noted by Antoine. Thanks.

The service was ok , however I scheduled a appointment last week Monday on Oktober 11.2021 for Oktober 18.2021 for some parts to be replaced and a recall . I arrived for my appointment about 8:50?and my appointment was at 9:00 . I got taken care off and my car was drive to the parking lot waiting to be driving into the garage . My car didn’t left the parking lot for the garage until 9:42 . At 10:45 my car was ready, I thought . Then I got told my recall could not be done because the parts were not in for that . So now I have to come back for the recall . I didn’t get a appointment provided for that . I got told to call or text on Wednesday. Not only I don’t have a appointment yet and I have to come back and waist another 2 hrs for that . This is very disappointing .
