I was satisfied although it was a little disheartening because your service department is not what it used to be I don’t know if it’s lack of employees but the time that you have seen and taken care of just to pick up the car takes quite a while the gentleman that took care of me had his hands full and he was the only one trying to take care of cars and cash out people so I was a little disappointed in your service department in the past is always been excellent.
Everything went well except for the mechanics fingerprints all over the hood and side door of my white car that I had just washed. Second time it happens. Would appreciate it if they returned the car exactly how it was turned in.
I showed up prior to my 930am appointment. I was supposed to have a detail and an oil change the advisor said the company doing the detail wasn’t very good (odd I thought) so I stuck with just an oil change which I was quoted an hour wait time so I didn’t prepare a ride to pick me up. After sitting in the lobby almost 2 hours I was then told there was no oil— again not sure why it took so long to realize there was no oil. Then I was given the run around about a shuttle or car I can borrow to go about my day, eventually I was given a rental. The overall experience was unacceptable- an hour oil changed turned into half a day experience.
Michael was extremely knowledgeable. He was courteous and respectful. I have purchased many vehicles. I have never had anyone print out a sheet with a detail report on a new vehicle with information such as when it came off the assembly and arrived at the dealership. Right down to the color should it need to be repainted at VW or other body shop. Michael went over what was covered on my extended warranty and when the service needed to be performed. My car is in the shop on a recall. Michael insured me that I would have a loaner vehicle. Michael gets 10 stars!
His services are the best.
Firstly, I made the appointment because I needed an oil change and the engine light was on. Carlos rudely told me that it was impossible to have the light issue checked out. He tried to use intimidation. At the end, he said that the scan machine was down or that it was my fault for declining the service. I'll never be back there again.
Seth was amazing. Completely honest from the beginning and extremely helpful. I explained to him what was going on with my car and he was ready to dive right in and figure out what the problem was. I’ve never been more satisfied with any mechanics up until Seth. If I ever have any issue with my bug again I’ll be asking for Seth only. His communication skills are excellent as well, he kept me updated the entire time and let me know exactly what was going on. He did his absolute best to make sure I could have my car back soon without rushing anything. I’m so grateful Seth was my service advisor.

I appreciate the service and hope the quality of the repairs holds up, my only negative comment is the pricing of the labor and parts, my Mazda service isn’t anything close to what I pay for my Jetta and my Mazda is newer. Makes me not want to buy a VW ever again.
Carlos and the VW team always have my best interest in mind. I’ve never had better conversations and customer service from any dealership like this. Promote this man now and continue the amazing job.
