Thank you for assisting me in repairing my vehicle.
There was no communication with mechanics to the service reps about a technical issue to let me know that it was going to take longer than expected and I did not appreciate that but the service manager went above and beyond to work with me and resolve the issue.
The car was not washed and was filthy inside with grease stains on the shift knob, wheel, door and drivers seat.
Service bay was very professional and courteous. My car was service as promised. Customer service with 100% Satisfaction!

Communication with me could have been a lot better. I had to call multiple times. Stay on hold and wait to be called back more than twice. I was not given an accurate time frame of how long the part would be arriving. You guys don’t have enough loaner cars and not having the Uber drop offs anymore is very disappointing.
I came in for a scheduled oil change appointment at 2 PM. I left at 5 PM. I understand being backed up but 3 hours for an oil change is just ridiculous. You guys also charge way too much for simple things and try to sell me oil cleaner when I’m literally getting an oil change. Overall the oil change and tire rotation was done but I’m not super thrilled about the whole thing in general.
Was not very clear on what the problem was- it was never really explained. It was a warranty claim, but it would have been helpful to know what was going on. Had to bring it back for an oversight with reassembly. Just inconvenient, but not bad.

My husband was extremely upset about receiving incorrect information about our vehicle repair. Also, the amount we would have been charged for a relatively simple repair is insane. You also charge a very high diagnostic fee. I called several other Volkswagen service departments and was shocked.
Today the service was excellent. But honestly it was excellent because my previous was horrible and I guess they made sure that I were happy today .
My experience was horrible. I took my car to get an oil change and you guy put 270 miles on it. Someone took my car for a joyride over night and deleted the footage from our camera. This is uncalled for and horrible that you allow your employees to do this to someone’s vehicle. And all you do is cover each others asses. I got nothing but excuses from all your stuff.
I feel like everytime I have to take my car into service I am given the run around.
Part of the problem wasn't fixed. Was told I would get a call back to discuss it, never did.

Only one person attending the service area did not have anyone to deliver the car I was waiting 30 min with my car already finished and no one appeared took my keys and left and they never told me what problem my car had is the worst service that I received in my life I never return to perform a service with you
