Not sure that I really needed all the services that I paid for. In previous service only required oil change because of low mileage.

I am a new client and as not treated as so. As an ex-service writer I am more aware than the average patron on cars and how clients should be treated. Seth had an I do not really care attitude. I came in for a recall so he was probably annoyed he had to spend 10 min of his day without making money. He suggested I repair my rear brake pads and rotors, when I asked him how bad are they? His reply was, “ bad enough to tell you about it.” Unacceptable response! I will never give my money to him so he can get a customer pay job! I feel like VW of Brandon is doing themselves a disservice by having an employee like this. I am kinda shocked by it actually. I will not return to this dealership again. I’d rather travel to town and go out of my way next time. I apologize to all the other employees who will not get their bonus because of how one person is treating people.
Customer service is severely lacking. I will be using another VW dealer moving forward.
