Car wouldn’t start when I picked it up, battery was dead, boosted it, took it home, was able yo start after the drive home. Next morning battery was dead again. This was not an issue pre service and service was not about any issue related to this.

Your rep was obnoxious at the front desk until the manager came around. The follow up was good, he was less obnoxious over the phone and apologetic. Please do not call me on this matter. Thank you

Multiple incorrect quotes: 1st wrong quote: initially you wanted to charge my mom 1700 but then found a mistake and the bill went down to 1500.00. 2nd incorrect quote: You quoted 495 out the door and I look at the quote and it’s 691.00 Service department **** so bad: I had to lose my **** in order to get her a loaner car. Your service people lied and said there wasn’t a loaner available Mike Moore came at me like he was going to hit me. Getting some legal advice on this Bottom line : the WORST customer service and we will NOT be back The only good thing going for this place is your regional manager. He was quite nice but not even he can change our mind about EVER coming back to your location

The same issue that I was having peior to bringing car in I'm still experiencing it and the service mgr ANTWONE falsely accused me of having received a red light ticket in a loaner vehicle on 09/21/21 when in fact I wasn't even in a loaner until 09/25/21 and was very rude to me concerning this matter
