Carlos is a wonderful person and very good at his job. He kept me updated on the status of my car. Even though it took over 2 hours for my car to be serviced I didn’t mind since Carlos was on top of everything. Thanks Carlos. You are an asset to your company.

Car wouldn’t start when I picked it up, battery was dead, boosted it, took it home, was able yo start after the drive home. Next morning battery was dead again. This was not an issue pre service and service was not about any issue related to this.

Multiple incorrect quotes: 1st wrong quote: initially you wanted to charge my mom 1700 but then found a mistake and the bill went down to 1500.00. 2nd incorrect quote: You quoted 495 out the door and I look at the quote and it’s 691.00
Service department **** so bad:
I had to lose my **** in order to get her a loaner car. Your service people lied and said there wasn’t a loaner available

The only good thing going for this place is your regional manager. He was quite nice but not even he can change our mind about EVER coming back to your location
