Michael Moore is by far one of the greatest vehicle customer service representatives I've ever had the pleasure to deal with in my 60+ years. If you're dealership has a employee of the month or year I'd highly recommended Michael for it. I will highly recommended to my friends that have VW's to make it a point to deal with him only. The cost of service is overpriced. I was charged $649 for labor, you had the car 2.5 hours and the labor rate was $150/hr. That sounds like $375 to me, what is the justification for the additional $275?

When I picked up my car the sunroof was still open in the position I had left it when I dropped the car off the day prior. Meaning my sunroof was left open overnight. Thankfully there wasn't any rain. Additionally I believe part of thr 80k check is to inspect and lube the sunroof, it appears this was likely overlooked. I am also quite surprised that a vehicle wash wasn't part of the service. I am very happy with the service done to my transmission. The car drives far smoother now.

Seth is very thorough, as are the staff, so once you get your vehicle back you know everything will be in order. Gotta love the communication from drop of to pick up, they keep you really informed.
