Not impressed with the mechanic involvement with trouble shooting my cars problem. The service manager was very helpful (Michael Moore) understood my disappointment at the outcome of the entire matter. He's working the problem and will get back to me with answers and more information on parts needed. Mechanic should have ordered parts for repair instead of thinking they would not be paid for under warranty which all he had to do was look it up and he would have found out that parts are covered.
