I brought in my vehicle for a simple airbag recall. The car running perfectly fine with no issues. As I was leaving Carlos told me there was a diagnostic test ran on my car it was misfiring. As I was leaving the car kept shutting off multiple times. I told Carlos about it and he said they can take a look at it and let me know what is wrong with it. I don't understand how a simple air bag recall turns into this. I don't trust your facility with my car.. I am furious and will be contacting the better business bureau.

Hello, I’ve taken the car for a warranty job due to the sunroof drain lines being clogged. The car was repaired a week later , but in a very unprofessional state.
I had a tire pressure issue , and the service representative -Seth, went ahead and replace the tire without asking or telling me how much the job was going to be , and afterwards I had a wheel alignment issue as well as a tire balance problem, and it doesn’t seem that the problem was fixed properly. I own 2 Vw’s and we have 6 Vw’s cars in the family, at this point I don’t believe I will ever take my car back to fix it at this dealership nor ever looking I to purchasing a vw vehicle from this place. Thank you
Had to wait over 5 hours for the completion of my 40,000 maintenance on my Golf R. Apparently the Service Department ran out of DSG fluid. The Service administration staff taking service input Carlos and Ronaldo were excellent in providing me with completion updates.
Seth was very helpful and courteous. He explained how everything would happen and impressed my wife and myself with his 5 star service.

The customer service by your representatives was not up to par. Maybe some training in this department will help. Also I was not pleased with the time it took to get my vehicle back.
