Doing an inspection without asking me prior. When I made the appointment it was for the update only. After the update was done, turns out it fried a part of my vehicle which then required me to wait another hour and a half when it is supposedly a known issue. You are completely lacking in care of your customers time and schedule.

Very professional and made it extremely easy!

My appt was at 1:30pm and I didn’t leave until after 3pm. My check tire pressure light came on after my service today and this is the first time this has happened to me. I have had this happened the last service that was done on my car after being servicing at this dealership.

He was wonderful. Completely diff experience from the person we had when we took the car in.

Carlos was extremely informative and helpful and when my advisor Lauren quit he picked up where she left off and saved the day. He deserves huge praise for his ability to provide exceptional service under unforeseen circumstances. And after I had made an error in judgement that might have cost me money I didn’t have, and even perhaps stopped me from being able to pay without exploring desperate options. He saw that something was off, and called me to personally resolve the matter before working on my car any further. THAT is shocking to me that anybody who works in a business where money talks or BS walks would go out of their way for somebody they didn’t know. I give everyone who helped me with this matter 5 stars and if an opportunity arrives where I am able to get another vehicle through Brandon Volkswagen I wouldn’t question the level of professionalism that the employees who work there have. One, two, three, four, FIVE STARS! Thank you Carlos and everyone else who assisted me in fixing my vehicle.
