I waited 35 minutes to check in. There were many employees around, but no one helped the service department. No sense of urgency at all.
On my initial visit i was told i needed an engine air and cabin air filter . I approved the charges bug was told you didn’t have them in inventory . This was at a Volkswagen dealership . I could wait an hour or come back for a second service appt . . No one ever called me back , i called 1 week later and was told the parts were in and made a second service appt. To simply replace an engine air filter . I had paid what i thought was a complete bill on the first appt . But was charged another $78.00 for labor to replace an engine air filter , which takes about 5 minutes , and i waited for over 2 hours .
Everyone is very nice. Our appt for oil change & tire rotation was at 2:30 and we left at 6:30. Got out to the car at 5:30
And the check engine light was on. Ugh.
Carlos was very helpful. This was the best service I’ve received from a car dealership.

I would have appreciated more consideration for my time and more promptness. Lauren was cordial. But not in any hurry to get me out and my service took double as long as had been quoted. Not until my toddler was having a meltdown, did anyone try to get me out of there, and my vehicle was still not ready for 10 minutes when I was asked to pick it up outside.

Although it wasn’t Rolando‘s fault, I am disappointed that during my service just three weeks ago the technician did not point out that my tire was worn to the cords. This caused me to have to make alternative transportation plans for a trip this past weekend. Today I came in and had all 4 tires replaced. Again, not Rolando’s fault but felt that management should know about this oversight.
