There was black greasy had prints on the driver side door, which I understand, the dude working on the car gets greasy, no problem, the problem is the 2 dudes standing around doing nothing when my car was ready for pickup and when I asked the dude he handed me a rag and a squirt bottle of water. You need some quality control.

Although the renovation make the operation messy and two people were out sick, Drew managed to get the waiting customers served in a timely fashion.

Dropped my car off at 8, was told I would have a message shortly with and update. After 3 hours still no update, had to call to get pick up time. I was also told the car was going to be washed before I picked up, it was not.
I was very impressed with this last visit and Carlos was very helpful and made the process very easy.
I have worked with Drew on a few occasions and every time he has been ultra professional and very trustworthy. I would highly recommend that he be recognized for superior customer service. In my last visit, I witnessed a client come in already amped and when asked a simple question, rose in her aggressiveness, emotion and tone. Despite it being first thing in the morning, Drew diffused the situation so beautifully and remained calm and collected, and as a result the woman calmed immediately down with his response to her initial aggression. It really was quite an impressive interaction on Drew’s part showing his mastery and skill of working with people. You have a great leader on your hands with him!

I a have asked over again and again to have my tires rotated, this means put into a different position baxk to forward etc. It did not happen last visit this visit and I assume ever. I have a nail in my back driver side tire, it's still there on there driver side. My tires are sculpted in the front prior to yo receiving the vehicle on the front, assuming this is from front wheel drive. The tires are still like that on the front. You did not rotate the tires. Your service leaves a lot to be desired
