Carlos was awesome. Friendly and got me in and out quickly.
The extreme lack of communication was very stressful for me. Because the communication was lax, my confidence level in your dealership began to wane. I had to make several phone calls trying to get info snd my texts were not answered.
More training for those involved in customer service should definitely happen.
