I arrived to get my car serviced at 9:30 in the morning. I figured it would take a good hour or LESS to have a service department associate come and tell me what my diagnostics results were. NOPE. She left me sitting there while I was doing some computer work FOR THREE HOURS. I was definitely wondering what was going on but decided to give her the benefit of the doubt and remained patient. Finally I began to get very antsy and still had not heard from a single Volkswagen employee. I eventually got a text 3 HOURS later that had all the pricing and information from my diagnostics results that should be talked about in person with a service department team member. At this point I STILL had not been talked to by ANYONE in the entire building. I lost my cool and paid for my diagnostics and left. My service lady associate said they were “short staffed” today. I told her not to TAKE ON MORE THAN she can handle then. I was not the only angry customer, many many people were bitching with me about how poor and sloppy this service department is ran. NEEDS MAJOR IMPROVEMENT
