To make us wait for 3 and 1/2 hours,after I asked if all the work could be completed in the alloted time and sending us home in a car to come back the nexy day was not optimal service to the customer. Espevially, after spending approximately $5,000.00 to restore the auto prime running condition. I am not a happy camper with VW.

I appreciate his attentiveness and willingness to listen to to his customers. Even with the department being moved the day I was there, he did not miss a beat. As long as he is with VW Brandon he will always be requested by me! Job well done!
