Kaila Weber is by far the best customer experiences I have received in a long time. I didn’t have an appointment and first thing I was there Kaila was able to accommodate in no time. I was also booked an Uber back home and to the VW Center. Kudos to Kaila for being a through professional. Representatives like Kaila make your team look awesome ????

Pricing was not easily understandable . The app texting sometimes was confusing. Dropped it off for a battery issue and they did an oil change that we did not need. Hopefully they can credit us for the oil change. Showed a coupon for $20 off the battery and there was a $10 wiper credit.
