All the staff were exceptionally present and helpful. Carlos was awesome and helped me out so much. Was very quick with his responses to my questions and went above and beyond to help. Definitely will continue to do business here and would recommend VW Brandon to anyone of my friends and family.
Kaila had great communication and took care of everything every step of the way.
It took entirely too long to service my vehicle for just an oil change. The manager was great by coming to talk to me and apologize. However I can't say the same for Kaila. I had to ask for an update on my car on her way to check on it. The recommendations for service for my vehicle was provided but not itemized so I could determine what I coukd have done in addition to the oil change. My service today was very disappointing and not like it was when Carlos was handling my car.

You charged me $500 in labor to empty my gas and “refill” so I can leave your dealership with less than I came in with and have to drive straight to a gas station. You completely unbuckled my sons car seat, left it toppled to the side rather then putting it back and left all of the plastic covering you used in the front seat in the floor of my backseat rather then throwing it away. Then my service advisor goes MIA when it’s time for me to pick up my car rather then being there to explain what they did.
