After I picked up my car and I went home and my A/C broken down I called the Service department and told Carlos Melendez what happened and he told me to take the car back on Monday but that there was going to be a fee to do a Diagnostic on the car this is unaceptable this was my first time at this Dealer and will be the last see what happened not happy at all. Now I will have to pay to fix my car out of pocket. Bad bussiness.

My advisor and the service manager did an excellent job in handling the service on my car. However, after receiving the text that the service was completed, I went to the front desk and waited for a while. There were 2 advisors working on their computer and not looking in my direction and not have the courtesy to say that someone will be with me in a second. So I waited patiently and after 10 min I ask one of them (Oscar Menendez written on this desk) if he knows who the person I work with and he said he doesnt know and gave me an attitude like I was bothering him. He was rude and unprofessional.
I really appreciate Kaila’s assistance. She got my car checked jn quickly and it was serviced in a short amount of time.

I’ve come in twice now about my windshield wipers changing speed on their own. The first time the tech said he ran the wipers and everything looked fine. Yesterday the women who helped me behaved as if I had no idea as for what I was talking about even after I showed her a video of my wipers. She also said that my wipers have the ability to detect the rain or water and adjust speeds. My car has only done this twice in the two or three yrs since I’ve had and I told her that

I was told my car was going to be in the shop for the duration for the duration of the hurricane by an appointment setter. She confirmed it 3x. Come to find out my car was left outside during the whole hurricane, and there’s damage to the hood and driver side front wheel. I took pictures. When asking the service manager about what they can do about it, he said it’s not their fault and tried blaming me saying that was there before when it’s a brand new car that did not have any scratches anywhere until now. It’s been at Brandon VW since the beginning of August. He’s saying to file a claim with my insurance and my deductible is $1000. So the service manager wants me to pay $1000 out of my pocket for an incident that happened on their property. My vehicle was their responsibility and on their property, which is why they should either be paying my deductible for it to get fixed or filing a claim under their insurance. I’m really dissatisfied with my experience. I’m going to take my business elsewhere and never recommend Brandon VW to anybody. I know a lot of people and have a lot of family and they always ask me for a reference for where I got my vehicle. I won’t send them to Brandon VW. I will be reaching out to VW of America as well. I’d like my issue resolved. Brandon VW needs to take responsibility for what happened to my car.
