A defective battery brought me in at 2 pm on a Saturday. Carlos did a great job with the techs to diagnose the problem and get my battery replaced. Awesome, thank you

Very poor communication about car's status in the few days my car was at the dealership.
You added a misc.fee to an already high Diagnostic fee....why? And I was not told of this fee until I saw it on the bill. This is unacceptable and unfair to the customer.

Just wanted an oil change…tried to oversell. Oil change does not take 3 hours. Was quoted two different prices and confused on total price
